About the event

Join me for this nurturing and informative Menopause Yoga™ & Wellbeing Workshop, designed to support women navigating perimenopause and beyond. Whether you're already experiencing symptoms or simply curious about what to expect, this supportive session will provide you with practical tools to feel more empowered in your menopause journey.


During the workshop, we will explore:

Holistic and Medical Approaches - learn about natural and medical options to ease symptoms

Nutrition and Menopause - What to eat (and what to avoid) to support your body

The Wellness Pillars - How sleep, movement and lifestyle changes can make a huge difference

Menopause Yoga™ Practice - A 45 minute yoga session (suitable for all levels) with flow-based movement and restorative poses to reduce stress and ease common symptoms

Community & Support - Connect with like-minded women in a supportive and welcoming space


No prior yoga experience is needed and all equipment is provided.
