Yoga Classes
I offer three styles of yoga to support your body and mind:

Menopause Yoga™ - using specially adapted techniques to ease menopausal symptoms

Yin Yoga - a slow, meditative practice that targets deep connective tissue through longer held poses

Vinyasa Yoga - a dynamic flowing style that synchronises breath with movement for a continuous, energising sequence

Menopause Mentoring
Navigating menopause can feel overwhelming but you don't have to do it alone. My tailored Menopause Mentoring services provide the support, knowledge and tools to help you thrive.

As a CMA registered Wellness and Nutrition Coach, I help women in midlife feel their best through personal guidance tailored to their unique needs. Together, we'll explore realistic, sustainable changes that fit your lifestyle, making it easier to navigate this stage with confidence and ease.
My tailored packages focus on optimising nutrition, managing stress and improving sleep, all essential pillars of wellbeing during menopause and beyond.
